Answer:If you connect SATA HDD and IDE HDD together on P4i65GV, you will see an item of the BIOS setting- Hard Disk Drives (please refer to the following pictures).



Please entry the setting, choose your SATA drive as the "1st Drive" and then press "F10" to save the setting and exit.
