Answer:
  1. Right-click on "My Computer" and select "Properties".

  2. Select the "Hardware Tab" and click on the "Device Manager" button. There should be a device section named "Processors" with a processor device.

  3. Right-click on the processor device, and click on "Update Driver".

  4. Select "Install from a list or specific location (Advanced)", and click "Next".

  5. Select "Don't search, I will choose the driver to install", and click "Next".

  6. Click "Have Disk", "Browse..." to the installation files from support CD (E:\Drivers\CPU_DRIVER\XP\XP\English) and click "OK".

  7. Ignore the warning about "This driver is not digitally signed!" by clicking on "Next".

  8. A box will appear: "The wizard has finished installing the software for AMD Athlon(tm) 64 Processor". Click "Finish" to complete the installation.
