R:All ASRock motherboards support ACPI. Since Red Hat 9.0 is APM mode O/S, please refer to https://www.asrock.com/support/Download/P4i65GV.asp to download special BIOS which supports APM. After special BIOS updated, please type the command "Linux apm=power_off" at the beginning of Linux Red Hat 9.0 installation.
