Q: If I have a TPM module on the motherboard and want to update the BIOS, what should I do? (2016/12/1)
If you have a TPM module on the motherboard and want to update BIOS, please follow the steps below to disable TPM function before flashing BIOS.
In OS:
1. Right-click the Menu button.
2. Left-click > Control Panel > System and Security > BitLocker Drive Encryption
3. Turn off BitLocker

In BIOS
1. BIOS setup > Advanced > Trusted Computing
2. Security Device Support to "Disable”

After flashing the BIOS, please enable the function.
Q: What hiccups might occur if I set the BCLK over 102MHz on Intel's Skylake platform? (2016/4/1)
1. Some functions will be disabled such as Intel iGPU, CPU Turbo Ratio, AVX and C-state etc.
2. Intel iGPU will be disabled, so please use a discrete VGA card.
3. The CPU temperature may not be read on a few models such as Z170M Pro4S, Z170M-ITX/ac, Z170M Pro4 and Z170M Extreme4.
4. There are certain risks involved with tuning the BCLK. And the results may vary between different configurations.
Q: After installing the onboard VGA driver on my 100 series platform with Windows 10, the system keeps on blinking and pops up "Graphics driver stopped responding and has recovered".
How can I fix it? (2016/2/1)
Please set "Package C State Support" to "Auto" in the BIOS.
(BIOS -> Advanced -> CPU Configuration -> Set "Package C State Support" to "Auto")
Q: I've connected a PS/2 mouse to the PS/2 connector on my Intel 100 series platform but it doesn't work. (2015/12/1)
Please set "PS/2 Y-cable" to "Auto" in the BIOS.
(BIOS -> Advanced -> Super IO Configuration -> Set "PS/2 Y-cable" item to "Auto")
