Q: How can I enable the 4K HDR video on Netflix with AMD Raven Ridge or Picasso CPU? (2019/11/1)
To enable the 4K HDR under Netflix, please follow the steps below:
System Requirements:
Hardware:
- HDR certified monitors
- Dual channel memory
- Picasso or Raven Ridge CPU, which supports HDCP2.2.
- AMD motherboards with DP1.2/HDMI2.0 or higher
Software:
- Win10
- All in One Driver 19.10.28 or later version
- Internet
- Netflix Application
- HEVC Video Extension Application
Step 1. Please download and install following drivers/software to Win10.

Step 3. Turn on the Play HDR Games and apps.

Step 4. Open the Netflix application and when the word HDR is shown as the following picture, it means that HDR video is ready to be played on Netflix.

Q: How to install Realtek Audio Console APP under Windows 10 RS4 or later version? (2018/10/1)
In general, the system will auto-download the APP in background after installing Realtek Audio driver.
Please type "Realtek Audio Console” in Win10 search bar to access APP.
*Please connect the LAN cable when installing the Realtek Audio driver.
If the APP doesn't show up on your system, please follow the steps below to install it manually.
1.Go to the device manager to check if the Reaktek Audio driver is installed.
* Realtek Audio driver could be installed / downloaded from support CD and ASRock official website: www.ASRock.com.
2. Please make sure that Windows updates are at latest.
Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and select Check for updates
3.Please refer to the following link to access "Realtek Audio Control” on Microsoft Store and click "Get” to start downloading.

4.After installation, click Launch to launch the APP.

Q: How do I adjust the shared memory while using Raven Ridge CPU on AM4 platform? (2018/3/1)
Please adjust the "UMA Frame buffer Size” under Advanced\North Bridge Configuration:
*To support 4GB shared memory or above, please adjust CSM support to Disable under Boot tab firstly.

If you don't see ”UMA Frame buffer Size” under North Bridge Configuration, please follow the steps below to find it and adjust the OC settings.
1. Please press "F2” or "Del” during POST to enter BIOS setup
2. Refer to the following path to adjust the OC setting.
a. Advanced\AMD CBS\NBIO Common Options\GFX Config IGC :Forces
b. Advanced\AMD CBS\NBIO Common Options\UMA Mode : UMA_Spec
c. Advanced\AMD CBS\NBIO Common Options\UMA Frame Buffer Size: Choose a prefer size

d. OC Tweaker\OC Mode Change Switch\AMD CBS Setting

3. After adjustment, press "F10” to save the configuration.
Q: How do I install Windows7 on AM4 platform motherboards? (2017/3/1)
Intel® N3000 Series SoC, 100 / 200 Series and AMD AM4 chipset has removed their support for the Enhanced Host Controller Interface, so you might find it difficult to install windows7 operation system Since the USB ports won't work.
