Question: I am using the ConRoeXFire-eSATA2/ 775XFire-eSATA2+/ 775XFire-eSATA2/ 775XFire-VSTA/ 775XFire-RAID motherboard. My Operating system was installed in a SATA/ SATA2 HDD with "IDE" mode. (2/15/2007) Answer: The Intel® Matrix Storage Manager (SATA2 driver) is for RAID or AHCI mode. If your operating system was built by "IDE" mode, you don't need to install it.

Step1: Check MAC address.
When system boot up, press "F2" to enter BIOS setting.
Boot-> "Boot settings Configuration" -> set "Boot From Onboard LAN" to "enable".
Press "F10". System will restart.
Please "F11" and select "NVIDIA Boot Agent".
Then you will see MAC address, pls. record it with no space for later usage.

2:The yellow exclamation mark in Device Manager is unnecessary. It will not affect the system at all. Please follow below steps to remove it.
Right-click "My Computer" on your desktop, and click "Properties".
Select "Hardware", and click "Device Manager".
In "Device Manager", double-click the option "System Devices". You will find "VIA® Standard PCI to PCIE Bridge" item with a yellow exclamation mark.
Right-click "VIA® Standard PCI to PCIE Bridge", and select "Uninstall". Confirm your choice by clicking "OK".
After a few seconds, click "Scan for hardware changes" icon on the top.
