This competition opens to ASRock Facebook fans and only. |

ASRock has the right to cancel the qualification of winner if not qualified (ex. non-fan, participants who failed to complete the required steps). ASRock also reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any point of time without prior notice. |

Winner will be notified individually via Facebook private messages within 3 days after the competition ends. The winner also can e-mail to marketing@asrock.com.tw if you didn't hear from ASRock. |

ASRock has the right to cancel the qualification of winner if 1) the winner did not reply the required info within 10 days; 2) the contact info is not complete or incorrect; 3) cannot reach based on FB privacy settings. |

All prizes will be shipped to the winner within 30 days after receiving complete shipping information |

ASRock will be responsible for all shipping costs. Should tax liability arise, it will be the responsibility of the winner to notify its (their) own Government's relevant tax department. ASRock and any of its subsidiaries take no responsibility or liability for taxation. |
