Q: If I have a TPM module on the motherboard and want to update the BIOS, what should I do? (2016/12/1)
If you have a TPM module on the motherboard and want to update BIOS, please follow the steps below to disable TPM function before flashing BIOS.
In OS:
1. Right-click the Menu button.
2. Left-click > Control Panel > System and Security > BitLocker Drive Encryption
3. Turn off BitLocker

In BIOS
1. BIOS setup > Advanced > Trusted Computing
2. Security Device Support to "Disable”

After flashing the BIOS, please enable the function.
Q: My system (AM1/ FM2/ FM2+) won't boot up after 5 long beeps when only a CPU is installed. How do I resolve this problem? (2015/3/1)
5 long beeps mean that the system couldn't recognize the graphics.
Some AMD CPUs (i.e AMD Athlon/Sempron family CPU) don't have integrated graphics processors.
When these kinds of CPUs are installed, a discrete VGA card is required.
